Production

Fruit pastila «Pastimba» is a traditional ancient delicacy made of fresh fruits and berries grown in the North Caucasus region.

Our pastila is made without added sugar, preservatives, colouring agents. Pastila is the result of a long and labour-intensive process of drying a natural product. At the same time all useful mineral substances and vitamins are preserved due to the use of low-temperature technology.
